Sapphire Beach
Surprising our kids with a trip to the Virgin Islands means a week on Sapphire Beach in beautiful St. Thomas. We are staying on a condo right in the east end of St. Thomas with gorgeous views of the Caribbean ocean and views of St. John in the distant. The US Virgin Islands have some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and we are staying on one of the best.
Sapphire beach is know for its lively atmosphere from the bands belting music at the beach bar, snorkeling, parasailing, scuba diving, and more! As for me, I will be relaxing on the beach, dipping my toes in the water, and trying to snap some underwater pics or videos. Known for its strong rum drinks, being sober means I will be drinking a virgin daiquiri in the Virgin Islands instead.
These are just a few of the postcard worthy shots around the condo we will be staying on. With an year round average temp of 81 degrees, this seems like the perfect escape and will be much needed. I am counting down the days. I will add more pics after the trip.
